PRIMARLEX was established to create an international tax network “ITN” composed solely of former students who had attended the Adv. LL.M. programme in International taxation at the ITC of Leiden University in Netherlands, in order to assist clients (private and corporate) and Italian/foreign institutions operating worldwide, beyond national borders in international taxation.
In addition, in order to maintain the high level of experties of ITN members in accordance with ITC standards, it created, with ITN, a non-profit Association whose name is ITC Alumni Lex based in Bern, Switzerland, and governed by the Global Board with the aim of promoting, through dedicated focus teams comprising the Scientific Committee in either the private, corporate or institutional area, the development of studies, research, publications and training related to international taxation.
