PRIMARLEX is an independent international tax firm that was born from the need to assist clients (private and corporate) and Italian/foreign institutions operating worldwide in international taxation. In order to persue this goal PRIMARLEX founded the International Tax Network and, with some members of the Network, the ITC Alumni Lex, the association of ITC alums of Leiden University in Netherlands.
