PRIMARLEX is an independent international tax firm that was born from the need to assist clients (private and corporate) and Italian/foreign institutions operating worldwide in international taxation. In order to persue this goal PRIMARLEX founded the International Tax Network that is composed solely of alums who graduated with an LL.M. in Internationl Taxation from Prof. Kees Van Raad’s International Tax Center at Leiden University and with the members of the Network, founded the ITC Alumni Lex.
